Re: Place missing from library

Thank you, Melissa, Myrnice and Pierce for your prompt answers.
However, no luck.I copied the files listed on System Info,plbook, etc. from my Zip drive(where the places are not missing) to my C drive UFT installation and still the places are missing. I never had been in About Fam. Tree before.
Nevertheless, it still didn't work, so what do I do now.Thank you
