There are a lot of folks getting into the genealogical data business. G.c has shown us how bottom feeders operate but there are others with services as good or better and with fewer apparent access problems. Looking for real data? Try Jay Mack Holbrook's Massachussetts town records. I've been using his fiche for years and now he's issuing CD's.
So take the high road and migrate to Legacy or TMG that are smaller companies but obviously more pleasant to deal with and who care about the user, methods and the end product.
Blue and Melissa and even Paul - good luck you seem to be good at your jobs. Many people I know would have told G.c to find some ethics somewhere and gotten work elsewhere. Mr. Armstrong, I hope you have a good parachute.
See the folks in Providence with my UFT Orphan bag!
