I am still coming across info that I lost over the few months, but if it had not been for your kindness (and SMARTS) I would have been in real trouble. As you know I was rather upset when I made my first posting because I could not contact UFT Tech Support and wasted 2 long-distant phone calls for nothing... Never talked to anyone! I finally just recieved a response from my email to them yesterday..so it takes them awhile to get to that also. And below is a copy of the content of my Letter that I recieved from them...... And you will see after reading this how greatful I am to kind people like you that take the time to help others, because if not....
