I think I am getting more upset by the moment. I cannot believe that they posted a response to me, with a statement about the phones ringing so long. Their words were "I don't think that is possible"... Well it is very possible... It happened to me. I was fine... Just happythat I did not lose all of my data, and now this nonsense. They did not even have to bother to contact me. But you would think when they did, they would at least say, Sorry or something, instead I feel like they are trying to discredit my words... I don't understand. After my first attempt of calling and it rang so long, I called the toll free number to see if there was a problem, and they assured me to try again. I counted the rings, 20 of them before I hang up. The first time I have ever tempted to contact them for help and this is what happens... I am going to make copies of my phone bill when it comes it, just in case. Thanks again for all of your support and help.
