In one of my other post I stated that I have lived through 2 railroad mergers and I find that this is merger is working the same way. The bigger they get the less they care about their individual customer. They only cater to the big wholesale customer. Seems like that someone could give an update on what is going on if they really care. Could they be trying to force us to move to the Family Tree Maker program? Not me.....I also feel my loyalty slipping fast.
