What do you mean "It" is greyed out? What is greyed out?
Under export options I would check Automatic Launch Editor, Select Microsoft Word, browse or enter the path to the location of winword.exe.The path is going to look something like this:
While Win95 & Win98 permits longer folder and file names, UFT is restricted to 8 characters plus a three character extension. If you look under Windows Explorer you will see a folder name "Program Files" (this is represented by the progra~1 above.Under Programs you may have several Microsoft folders depending on how many Micorsoft applications you have installed. One of those will be the Microsoft folder for Micosoft Office. On my system it is the fourth Microsoft folder therefore the micros~4 above. It may be different on your system.Under that folder is a folder named Office, and under Office is winword.exe.
You can get there by the Browse but the same abbreviated forms of the folder names will be shown in the browse window so be aware of that.
