I switched and now I have a new program... I really hated doing it.. but I got so tired of my data getting all messed up... Tired of trying to contact the company... Tired of being made out like I'm being dishonest on how long I have been on hold...When TRUST me I have the phone bill to prove it... I thank each and everyone of you that has helped me, I will always remember the help that you were, when I could not get support to do it.. The support for this company, I consider to be the rudest group of people I have ever dealt with...till they are confronted with their attitude then it switches. I have thought that maybe others at times had misunderstood... or was just aggravated at the time... UNTIL it happened to me... I had no idea how difficult the support with this company really was... I wish now I had never had to find it out.
