I agree with Ruth. Other than cranking out sales of product the owners appear to have abandoned any pretense of support which kind of shows how trustworthy their management is. Find one of the free genealogy oriented servers or an ISP that gives free webstorage space.
The UFT site has had the same free book of the day from the library for about a month and it isn't really searchable.
They seem to have had a number of problems with the accessing of various sites. Pb mentioned something about a power failure that threw some servers into confusion. Maybe they haven't found all the problems yet.I would have thought that a company throwing their marbles into the on line arena might have used better UPS systems.
