Thank you both for your advise. origionally I did what Ruthie advised with no success. I kept receiving the message ...Please install a supported browser and run set up again. I ran the browser setup update as advised and I got as far as number 6 on the instructions. I downloaded the files succesfully only to receive the above message again. I also get a message saying that I do not have winzip. Looks like I have another programme to buy before I can do anything??
