I found out this week that one of our members had emailed a person at TMG using a compuserve addess that had been discontinued by TMG quite some time ago. Could this be the cause of your 'no reply' problem?
I know, such a message should have bounced but in the case of our member, it didn't.
(Don't fuss TMG staff. Our member now has a good contact with the correct TMG staffer.)
