Unfortunately, none of these things help. It is a unique abbreviation, and the punctuation is the same for all the sources I have created that use this template. The notes component is not used at all. I have tried clicking on preview - so I can see at this point that there is a problem (even before I print a report), but although I thought you would be able to edit here to adjust anything that needs adjusting, I can't do it. I can highlight bits of text, but can't change them.
So, thanks anyway. I guess I'll just keep fiddling with it. My other option, of course, is to edit the report once it gets into a word processor file, but that would be a last resort.
