Ruthie Mickelson suggested switching to TMG. Many UFT users have done so, some with good results, some with a lot of re-working to do on their database.

TMG is coming out with a new version with a Windows 95 type interface, and you may want to wait for that to be delivered later this year before converting. TMG can do a fairly good job of reading the UFT datasets and putting your data in appropriate places in its dataset format, so you won't be losing too much effort if you stick with UFT for a while longer.
