yes, I use that email and email@example.com and both only give me automated responses - no real person ever follows up. Can you image the phone bill for being on hold over 30 minutes and never getting to talk to a live person? They don't have an 800 (888, 877, free) number for tech support - but they do have a free number for orders! Can you believe that!?! Well, I've sent off a couple more emails to Paul and support - let's see if they get answered (I already received the automated response tonight).
