Any ideas about expanded memory? Not me. I screwed up my browser several months ago and decided to stay offline, Had to borrow a computer to catch up on the latest Foxpro gossip.
First book I grabbed off the shelf this morning happened to be a Dos 6.2 upgrade manual. Half of it seems to be devoted to expanded memory problems. But a search for "Expanded memory problems" led to the following two URLs. The second will tell you more than you ever wanted to know, but still probably won't fix your problems. Good luck.
The following quote is from the above URL "Most programs shipped today come aligned on 4 KB boundaries, but Microsoft also has a utility called WinAlign (WALIGN.EXE, in WINDOWS SYSTEM) that can take an existing program and realign it on 4 KB boundaries. Keep in mind that some programs will experience compatibility problems if you do this--make a backup copy in case the aligned version doesn't run."
