Are you aware that you cannot upload to the UFT site? This facility has not worked for at least 12 months, although they still advertise it!
I have successfully uploaded my UFT web pages to my web site at www.pwalker.freeserve.co.uk However, if I looked at the files names in the UFThtml directory, it changed some files names to upper case. The individual html files instead of being say i0000012.htm read I0000012.htm. Also the sub-directories UFT sets up in UFThtml are in upper case, but appear to change when uploaded. I have therefore in Windows Explorer or My Computer changed all the file names to what they should be. This is quite fiddly as I could not change upper case straight to the same lower case name as it thinks it's the same name. So I therefore changed PETER to pet then again to PETER. This seems to work.
Hope all this makes sense. If you are in the UK you could give me a ring on 01425-471326 if you want to discuss further.
I understand you can upload your UFT files to Rootsweb in GEDCOM format although I have not attempted this.
Have you got your own web site and an HTML editor? If so your problem may be with the reference if it is not an absolute one such as: http://www.pwalker.freeserve.co.uk/uft/peter/index.htmhttp://www.pwalker.freeserve.co.uk/uft/peter/index.htm and instead you put just uft/peter/index.htm
