You have started with an old version of UFT, but you can still do as you want with adding all of the information. You can add event text under the events or you can add it all in the Individual Window area by the name where it says Text.I, personally, add stories, etc., within the biographical text area, unless it has something to do directly with an event (obit or something like that usually goes under the death event in my projets).
You can set up how you want your text to print out, if you think about it ahead of time. I used the word "obituary" and always capitalized the word and on the line under it, put where the obituary came from in parenthesis. Then I spaced down two spaces and put the actual text of the obituary in Italics, to separate it from regular text in the reports. You can choose formatting however you like it to look on yours.
