Dear Paul, It now appears that all is well. I haven't a clue what transpired, but the same surname I tried originally, and had the problem, now comes up properly. The front end and internal dates now are both correct. I would like to personally thank you for your involvement, and for the remedy. I do however continuously keep getting emails with new passwords.
