Rootsweb offers free pages for genealogy. You can still generate the html files using UFT. They are saved by default in the directory C:/UFT/html
Then you can upload those files to your rootsweb freepages genealogy directory using any FTP client. The process is fairly easy. Rootsweb tells you how to do everything.
The other really cool thing about this is that you can use Microsoft Word (depending on the version probably) to edit the index file. You can use very intersting fonts and formatting to create a very nice web page.
The only draw back is that you will have a new URL. I just tried updating my old UFT page with an edited index file which has a link to my Rootsweb page. It has only been a few minutes. I am hoping the update takes.
