Joy- Be aware that the UFTree.com Knowledge Base is reachable by the link above on this forum. Its organization isn't as great as it might be, but it has good informatioon. Click on the appropriate link there to view all the Key words that are searchable. Or just read all the knowledge base by searching on, I think, a blank input. If your Internet Service Provider charges by the minute, download everything at once and then disconnect and read the pages from memory.
Also be sure that you have upgraded to the free UFT 2.8 upgrade at UFTree.com. This upgrade will cripple your ability to browse some List Box features of UFT, but will make certain error messages go away.
Also be aware that if you have 512mb or more of RAM memory in your computer that you may run into a different Foxpro problem. But I have seen none of UFT's power users comment on the 512mb barrier.
And lastly, it is possible that you have too many Terminate and Stay Resident programs that are installed on your startup, and that you are having a problem in the first 640 kilobytes of your computer memory. If so, turn some of them off in Windows Systray.
Good luck on this one. It is probable that the UFT 2.8 upgrade will "fix" your problem. john
