I wonder if someone can help me.I have a version of UFT (version 2.91) and have a problem with it.I have been using the product successfully for 2 years and have a substantial amount of data which I have collected over this period.
I have followed all the procedures but it still fails.
The problem is that it tries to automatically open a file.It then displays the message "UFT needs to update the databases in the project for International support.OK .... to update CANCEL ... to open project without updating data."
I have tried both options but both of them lead to either a file open or file delete entry.It does not give any indication of which file it is trying to access.
Do you know of anyone who has had similar problems?
Do you know where I can get some technical support for the product?
Hoping someone can help as I do not know what to do next.All my files are inaccessible..
