Beverly, I have the UFT version that has the selection screen to be checked before back up. So this screen will let me select what I want. I use all of the options.
That stated when you make a .sqz file it will backup everything checked. So if you can hold more than one .sqz file on your floppy then the names must be different.
Many users backup to their HD first to a folder named to hold backups. Then they date each backup. I use this method. LetterYYMMDDLetter. The first letter is the first letter of the project and the second letter is the series of the day. Such as S030803a.sqz. I keep a number of these on the HD so I can go back several day or weeks if a problem pops up. Fingers crossed have not had to use for some time.
These .sqz files can then be copied to the floppy or Zip disk.
