You WON'T see the name of the person until you complete the Citation Details and the Citation Detail.
If you look at the Citation Details, You would "Enter the certificate type, number, and date, and the name(s) of the person(s) on that certificate.
In the Citation Text.
Enter pertinent text from the source and/or explantion of the relevance of the data to your research.
You would the Link that Citation to any Facts that you record from that certificate.
I am not sure what you mean by "Media Tag". Do you mean Media TAB where you would like an Media file?
What is Item 7 of the Certificate? If that is the Birth Date, then you enter the Birth DATE, on the Persons Fact Page (People Workspace, Person View), and record, in the Birth Fact, either an existing one, or a new one, and link that fact to the citation.
Remember, that the Template is for ALL Death Certificates for that State and County.
For example, both of my Parents Death Certificates were issued from the same place (seen above), so in the Citation screen (Source Workspace, with the:
Vital Records Certificate (Local Record)
heading, there are two entries, one for each of my parents.
