I found a Stephen G. W. Jackson age 23 single b. NY/parents-Poland listed as a soldier in the Infantry in the 1930 Panama Canal census, Balboa District, Fort Clayton. Check to see if there is a history of Fort Clayton ans a listing of military units there if this is your uncle.
I find an Olive Rusler b. 1815 in CO, parents W.C. Rusler and Mary L. Sollee in the 1930 census for Pueblo, Pueblo Co. CO. If you google "Olive Rusler" you will find all your postings about her as well as a Sollee Family tree for this 1930 Olive Rusler. Olive's single aunt, Anna Sollee, is in W.C.'s household listed as sister-in-law. This tree states Olive's mother, Mary Letitia Rusler died in San Francisco, CA in 1955 so it is a good bet this is your Olive. Mary is in the CA Death index with mother's maiden name Poole.
In the CA Birth Index I find Marilyn b. 1937 and Steve Jackson b. 1939 with mother nee Rusler. Both born in San Franciso County.
