I have in my possession via: my late husband.. a silver bracelet that was so popular during the Vietnam War. It is inscribed with the name of a MIA/POW with the date. You wore the bracelet in support of our military personal in hopes to be able to to return it to the soldier upon his return.. or his family in the event the soldier was deceased. My husband wore this for 20 years. I would love to contact this soldiers family to return it to them but have obtained info that this soldier's remains were returned in 1989. I have no wish to bring more grief in their life but then as a mother who has lost a son myself, I know how much it would mean to me.
Wanting opinions from those who have 'been there" please, ....and with sincere thanks.. Lynne
