Eden/Edwin, Russell, and Jesse Jenkins were brothers, sons of Thomas Jenkins and Nellie Sisk of Culpeper Co, VA. Their line has been extensively researched by Richard Pence, some of whose credentials and work are available on the web. These three brothers were also brothers of my 3ggf Philip Jenkins, who migrated to Cocke Co, TN with other members of the Sisk family about the time Thomas and the other children migrated to Champaign Co, OH.
They are identified in the estate records of Thomas in Ohio. I have this courtesy of Charles Perdue, an anthropologist at U.VA, who has done thorough research in the families removed from the area that is now the Shenendoah National Park :

Russel(l) Jenkins b. ca. 1791 VA; d. 13 May 1874; buried Myrtle Tree Cem., Mad River Tp., CH Co.; m. 27 June 1816 CH Co., Mary "Polly" Kite (d. prior Jan. 1846; dau. of Adam Kite & Elizabeth Runkle); m. #2, 28 Jan 1846 CH Co., Sarah Long (b. ca. 1800-1803 KY). Children were named in an 1844 court suit.
