Hi. I'm not related to this family. According to Paul's WWI draft card he was b. TX:
U.S., World War I Draft Registration Cards, 1917-1918 about Paul Cleveland Boykin Name: Paul Cleveland Boykin County: McIntosh State: Oklahoma Birthplace: Texas Birth Date: 15 Aug 1890 Race: White Age: 26 Occupation: Farming Nearest Relative: wife & 2 children
OTOH, the 1920 & 1930 Census info for Mcintosh, OK states he was b. Miss, parents b. Miss.Part of the problem may be that he may have lived in TX when he was a boy. This might be him in 1900 with mother Eugenia remarried to a William Hoffman:
1900 United States Federal Census about Paul Boykin Name: Paul Boykin Age: 9 Birth Date: Aug 1890 Birthplace: Mississippi Home in 1900: Greenville Ward 2, Hunt, Texas [Hunt] Race: White Gender: Male Relation to Head of House: Step Son [Stepson] Marital Status: Single Father's Birthplace: Alabama Mother's name: Eugenia Hoffman Mother's Birthplace: Mississippi Household Members: Name Age William Hoffman 33b. Jun 1866 Miss; Blacksmith Eugenia Hoffman 28 -wife- b. Jul 1871 AL, fath b. NY, moth b. AL; married 0 years; 4 children Minnie Boykin 12 -stepdau- b. Mar 1888 Miss Paul Boykin 9-stepson- b. Aug 1890 Miss ** Irene Boykin 7-stepdau- b. Aug 1892 Miss Emmet Boykin 5-stepson- b. Apr 1895 Miss
If this is his family, Paul's father died bef 1900 so there would be no WWI draft card for him.
Here is a death record for Paul:

In 1910, Paul may have been married to a Cynthia. https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/MLQ3-HQJ From 1920 on he was married to a Lola.
