Frank Petroski - Fort Dix - WWII? - Need Help

By Tracy Petroski October 07, 2003 at 05:47:45

Hi, I'm searching for information about my grandfather and possibly trying to find anyone who knew him.All I know is that his name is Frank Petroski. He was born August 1, 1925.I have a pillow cover that he sent to my Grandmother, it's from Fort Dix, NJ says "Sweetheart Love unending, warm and true. sweetheart mine, this bring to you. Love which hopes that hapiness. All your days may cheer and bless."it also says the ultimate weapon and has two soliders on it.Seems like it was produced by the military. He met my granmother, Clara Knopp, in Germany during the war. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
