The reference to organization idicates that he was part of the 1259th ser com unit.What precisely ser com is is yet to be determined.
His MOS is his Military Occupational Specialty.409 is the numeric designator for this job skill.As it says Medical Technician.

T-5 was his rank.Technician 5th Grade.The sleeve insignia for this is two chevrons (Corporal) with the letter T underneath.Same pay grade as Corporal.
