I think it logical and correct to assume that he participated in the referenced three campaigns.
The 76th went into combat 19 Jan 45, which was still in the time frame of the Battle of the Bulge, which was in its last throes at that time.
His wounding in Germany 12 Apr 45, was in the time frame for both the Central Europe and Rhineland campaigns.
FYI, the 76th ID was attached to VIII Corps/Third Army/12th Army Group from 8 Apr 45.
The division command post was located at Dollstadt, Thuringia, Germany, 10 Apr 45,
and at Buttlestedt, Thuringia, Germany, 12 Apr 45, where he
probably indured his wounding.
