I have a reference which includes 6 1/2 pages for Europe, about a page of listings for Central and South America and 3pages for the South Pacific area.
The Pacific is not as extensive as you would expect, but that is due to the fact that there were so many ships there, each with its own Fleet Post Office identifiers.
