Wayne H. Lyle, 59, of 47 Sixth St. N.E. died Tuesday, October 12, 1982, at Huron Regional Medical Center.The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Welter Funeral Home with the Rev. Stan Haidle officiating.Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens with military rites by William Reaves American Legion Post No. 7.Friends may call Thursday evening and Friday until time of service at Welter Funeral Home.Wayne Howard Lyle was born June 7, 1923, at Huron to Mr. and Mrs. Dean C. (Elva Miller) Lyle.He attended Huron schools and served with the United States Army during World War II.He married Maxine French December 5, 1942, in Alexandria, VA.They returned to Huron in 1946 and have lived here since then.He was employed by Chicago North Western Railroad and was currently an engineer for the railroad.He was a member of First United Methodist Church, American Legion, VFW and United Transportation.He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Keith R.
