I don't know anything else about him other than the photo was taken in Germany in front of the Motor Pool office for the 6951 Prisoner of War TEmporary Enclosure. This PWTE was also known as 6951 A2...it was in the immediate Remagen area. I have a decalssified document (Daily Operations Report) for the 6951 PWTE and Lt. Woolsey's name appears. It is my belief that he was the officer in charge of the motor pool operations for the camp. Feel free to contact me by email as well...firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can you give me any kind of info about the Woolsey you are seeking? Maybe there is a connection that I am not thinking of and you can trigger something.
