Looking for info on this Company, particularly WWII members.Would like to contact any living veterans of this company or regiment. My father was a replacement officer for Co. F only days after the main force landed on Leyte Island, Philippines. His major engagement was the Battle of Shoe String Ridge. How can I find veterans of this Company?
Also, I would appreciate any suggestions of books, WWII records, pictures, newsreels, etc., on the 32nd IR.
Any help is appreciated as time is running out for these heros as is my time to do research on them. I've contacted the 32nd IR Association and they have been of considerable help.I've been able to contact one veteran who was in my father's platoon! What a privilege that has been.
