"Another record of separation states that he is a Sgt (T) in the RA ARMOR and that he is a Physical Activities Specialist with the 6th Armored Division in Ft Leonard Wood, MO. This record lists his overseas service as only a little over 2 years so I think this would be before his Korean service. It lists his most significant duty assignment as "Hq & Hq Co CCR, 6th Armd Div" at Ft Wood and says that he attended TI&E school at EUCOM (is this in Europe?) and "Sch Stds" in ZellamZee AUST (this is Austria I believe), and that he is now a TI&E NCO and a Gen NCO. It also lists some civilian employment and a "Perm Grade: Corporal-24 Feb 49". What does that mean?"
This is rather interesting because the 6th Armored Division may have been the unit that he served in during WW2.
