It's customary - and wise - to check the water before jumping in. Especially the depth and especially before diving head first. Not that it's any of your business, but I've offered this person help in the past and, in addition to implying I'm a crook, she insists she doesn't want preferential treatment (OK, so PAY like any other client!) I'm convinced this whole "godmother" thing is some sort of hoax or, at best, a fad but that's irrelevant. I have an excellent suggestion. You claim all this experience, expertise, concern, indignance, etc. If it's all that simple - and you're as good as your mouth says - YOU get the info and send it out free of charge. An alternative would be YOU send the fee, I'll send you the information, you send it out free and you'll be a big hero - at least for a while. Another sage old saying, "Put your money where your mouth is!"
By the way, I determine my fee (and I have a long, long list of satisfied - and repeat - clients). That's the way it works in the real world. I have no problem with those - such as yourself - who work for little or nothing; they KNOW what their services are WORTH!
