I show his service # asW-210119 and that he indeed was liberated from Cabanatuan.

The W in the service # is the prefix used for Warrant officers, T was used for Flight Officers , and 0 for just about everyone else ( in WWII ). WAC's and Nurses also had their own service # prefixes.
