There is a German website for cemeteries of war dead from World Wars I and II.The address is www.volksbund.de. It is in German, which makes it more difficult, but if you click on "Grabersuche" and then click on "zur onlinesuche", you can type in the name you are looking for.I don't know if Allied soldiers are listed, as I was looking for German relatives on it, but it might be worth a try.You could print out any results you might get, and find someone who could translate--like a high school German teacher in you area, or something.Good luck!
