I have been in touch with them but they really work with MIA/POW families. My brother and the crew were brought back to the states (St Louis)for a group burial in 1949. Should have been the end. However we have learned there were three more searches to the crash site in 1951 and each time additional remains were found. Unfortunately the 1951 remains are missing. DNA is not possible with the remains in St Louis. I am just someone out there without peace of mind. There will be a memorial stone and military honors for my brother in Arlington Cemetery. The date hasn't been set.
I just don't fit in. AWON is for children of military deceased. Alliance as I said is for the MIA/POW families and as far as they are concerned our case is closed.
I am sure there are many in my same situation and I would really like to find them. The government has referred to our case as "baazar"
