Dear Willy There is one other website (still need to know spanish) which is the Regitro civil (civil registry) for Argentina. WWW.REGISTROCIVIL.COM.AR where Birth, marriage and death records can be obtained and always the $$$fees.
Thats about it for me since I am a volunteer genealogist for Italians, Spaniards (I am fluent in both languages as well as my native language english) and usually there are some records or places or directories where families can be searched and researched in Argnetina but in your case all you have is a name which would be ok if there were someone in the country bearing that name (otimes they may be related in someway).
You did not offend me but you seem to deny the reality that you need someone in the country or obtain the immigration record thru CEMLA (I see the listing for just 1 person named Kranendonk (no first name) in the www.CEMLA.com which I already gave you. there is no more information except what the immigration record may say.
Other than that there is not much I can do for you and without a knowledge of the language your a day late and aPesoshort.=Petertimber=
