The closest name place that I can find to Tambourord in Victoria is Tambo River or Tambo Crossing, but I could not find a birth with the details given
I suggest obtaing a copy of the marriage certificate which may help??
It may be that the birth of your great great grandmother was not registered- compulsory civil registration did not beging until 1856 and some were slow to get ewith the new system- previoudly all BDM records were kept by the relevant Churches- also if the birth was outside the main cities people just did not bother to register the births with civil authorities
