Hello and thank you anybody who is reading this.I have previously been afraid to ask for help, thinking I'd cause people trouble.I see others asking, so I'm giving it a go.I would so appreciate that someone is giving up their time for me! Until recently, maternal grandfather Henry David Errington has proved elusive, nothing since his marriage to Maud Young in 1913.Have not been able to find a death certificate for either of them. However, have located 2 newspaper articles of 2 January 1922 (woohoo! so excited). It mentions "Henry David Errington, bottle gatherer of Cardigan Street Carlton" and "unemployed veteran of the great war accompanied by his daughter". My mother was adopted out, and never knew why.Maybe I could find out more, maybe Maud died.Maybe he had a newfamily in Carlton. Any assistance, even advice about what to do next would cause me to love you!!
