Roy rosman ,appeared in WA at fremantle in the late 1800 where he worked or owned a bicycle shop. He then moved to geralton where he married and had several children, one of whome was my wife's father Noel.he then uplifted his family and then joined the group settlement scheme and landed himself on a small 130 acreland holding 1 mile from Pemberton WA. first they had to clear the land, and required a bullock heart to acheive any thing.he was believed to be a skillfull man,and his claim to fame was,he did all the electrical wireing to the Pemberton Hotel. my information is a little sketchy because none of the family would talk about him untill it was too late.Old Roy came across from tasmania,he was the son of a clothes manufacturer or cloth manufacturer or some skills of that nature. Poor old Roy died at the age of 48 of pneumonia in a tent at Harvey in the late 1930's if there is anyone who can add more information please inform this forum Kind regards fred.
