Walker, George - father: John - mother: Jane - baptism: 1868, June 24 - born: 1868, May 8 - St. George's Parish - comment: Gunner RA
St. George's burials - page 196

Dockyard burials (Ireland Island) - page 1217

Sandy's Parish burials: page 1164
Walker, Mary age: 41yrs old of Sandy's Parish - burial:1904, July 24 - Bl3
I also checked the Bermuda Indexs compiled from old newspapers by Hallett.
Both the surnames Gibosn and Walker are listed, but nothing matches the people you have listed.
Forty Years of Convict labour in Bermuda - again by Hallett:
page 138 - index
Walker, John - 1851-1852 - resigned.
That is all I can find.
