It's been a long while since I reviewed my notes on the elusive Susannah Dunscombe Ogden Sutton, the ancestor of many of us. I agree it's possible that she was the servant girl named Susannah mentioned in Thomas Dunscombe's will, as you helpfully suggest. However, I believe it's far more likely that our Susannah and the similarly-elusive Daniel Dunscombe were siblings parented by Samuel Dunscombe and his first wife, Abigail. If your conjecture could somehow be verified, it would make Susannah's story even more intriguing as a Colonial-era Cinderella who twice married well. In her will, once again widowed, she left her "great bible" to her grandson by Jonathan Ogden. If found, that bible could provide answers.
