1940 Voters' List in Stockholm, Saskatchewan has Otto (of voting age), working as a laborer, living with Mrs. D. Kvinlaug, widow, and Miss Esther, an operator.
By 1953, I find an Otto Kvinlaug, living in Kootenay, British Columbia, with presumably his wife, Mary Jane.

Believe Anna was married before and some of the older children are hers as I find Albert signing his WWI Attestation papers as Albert Raff, born November 19, 1898 in Crookston, Minnesota; lists his mother, Anna Kvinlaug of Stockholm, Saskatchewan as his next of kin.
Dedrick's attestation papers give his birth date as 21 April 1876 in Walesha (?), Minnesota(?), USA. Gives his wife, Annie, in Calgary as next of kin. Dated 1916 in Calgary.
