Thanks for the two responses, but there doesn't appear to be any link of our trees at this point. The future could change that.
I spent ten summers on PEI during the 1950's, so my memory is being stressed to its limits. I now live just outside of Seattle, WA so likely will never get back to PEI. I remember well being told that nearly everyone on PEI was related to me in some way, so "don't say the wrong thing" to anybody. I seem to remember some of the names besides Jenkins that I might be related to being Howlett, McEachern, Blackett, Dingwell.
I have checked out the Island Registry for several years, in fact put a message into it and heard from a cousin in Boston.
