There are holes in that tree. They have Ellen's father as Michael Sheehan who died in Frontenac County, Ontario in 1855; however, the same tree as siblings for Ellen born after that date, which calls into question the validity of the whole tree.
A son of Patrick & Ellen's, named Michael, did not emigrate until 1893 (born 1872), according to the passport application tied to him on the tree. This would suggest that perhaps Patrick & Ellen did not immigrate at all, or perhaps immigrated later than you think. A sister, Margaret, also died in Minnesota (same as Michael), which would be not that far from Fort William (now Thunder Bay), Ontario. They may well have all come together, or within a few years of each other.
I did find Michael Flanigan arriving into New York, from Tralee, bound for Port Arthur, Ontario in July 1893 aboard the SS Arizona out of Queenstown. This jives with the information on his passport application.
