I have a copy of Emma's obit:E.A. King and Otto Schroeder arrived home Monday from Tyner, Alberta, where they were summoned by the critical condition of Mrs. Chas. Paulson, formerly Emma Schroeder of this place. After remaining there several days they departed for home, and half an hour after their arrival here a message was received announcing her death which occured Sunday, Feb. 4th.The family was well known here having resided in this vicinity prior to the removal to Canada about four years ago.Deceased was stricken with consumption after their arrival there and this was the cause of death. She was 35 years of age and is survived by the husband and five children, all boys, the eldest being 11 years of age, the youngest four.Relatives residing in the county are John Schroeder, father; four sisters, Mrs. Chas Hein, Mrs. Peter Lenzen, Mrs. R. Bellin and Mrs. E.A. King; four brothers, John A., Otto, Albert and Emil Schroeder. The funeral arrangements are not known but the remains will be buried near the Canada home.
I have found a Tyner in Sascatchewan, but not in Alberta. Is there a Tyner,Alberta and where is it?Are there any descendents who would be willing to share family history?Emma's brother Emil is my grandfather. Thank you for your time and any help. Pat Schroeder
