Thanks for your reply to my message.I do have that registration amongst a number microfilms of BC BDMs that I am about to order.Going on past experience it will take several months before they arrive.
I do already have quite a large number of bits and pieces of information about the family (BC indexes, Canadian census records, index lists from the Washington State Archives, items from Findagrave and Interment.com, entries from the US SSDI, cases listed on obituary indexes, information from US Draft Registration cards from World War 1 and so on). There was too much of it to include in my posting on this site.
At this stage there are very many gaps and more than a few inconsistencies. Some of it just doesn’t make sense at the moment.
One of the big difficulties has been finding them in the census records. As you found, Andrew was initially indexed as Greens in the 1910 US Census. What appears to be his brother James was indexed in the same census as Garino. And in the 1911 Canadian Census, the parents (George and Jane) were indexed under Garvus?
My hope with my posting is that a family descendant might spot it and be able help to help me out.
Once again , thank you for going to the trouble of replying to my message.
