The new rule is that you get b-m-d records from the Directeur de l'état civil du Québec (Director of Vital Statistics). You cannot get them from the parishes anymore. paper copies of the certificate costs 15$ and a copy of the record costs 20$ I believe.

However, I believe that you need to supply the name of the person, dob and place and parish where the baptism took place. But check this out on the internet site. I do not believe that their DB is indexed to locate the place, date and parish for you.It would help if you indicate the religious denomination of the church where the baptism took place.
The mormons have microfilmed the church records in Québec up to 1899.THerefore, through their Family History centers, the could get the microfilm for you if you know the date, place and parish and you make a copy using the MFM viewer/reproducer.
